Tami Wilhelm is a valuable Senior Associate who has worked with The Sauls Companies since 2004. Based in Hemet, California, Tami is the managing owner of the historic Wilhelm Ranch, and specializes in Strategic Planning and Investment. She has been instrumental in the planning of West Hemet, working closely with land owners and government officials to find equitable solutions to development and conservation needs. Tami is additionally a Real Estate Salesperson with Sauls Real Estate Marketing with over twenty years experience in commercial and residential real estate.
Consulting Advisor – Natural Resource Management
Henri currently assists the Sauls Companies as a consulting adviser on natural resource management and other related issues. He served at BLM for over 30 years, including time as manager of the California Desert District. His experience and knowledge are very broad, spanning virtually all of the programs of the BLM. Henri has a BS in Forest Resources from the University of New Hampshire and an MS in Watershed Management from the University of Arizona.
Public Policy Specialist
Nancy Jimeno is a specialist in suburban community-based public policy making. She is currently managing a research project at UC Riverside’s Center for Sustainable Development that seeks to implement New Urbanism policies within the built environment in the City of Riverside. For nearly a decade Nancy has taught public policy, California politics and American Government classes at CSU Fullerton and will be teaching American government and urban politics at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa in the fall of 2013. Nancy holds a Ph.D. in political science from UC Riverside. Her doctoral dissertation examines collaborative negotiations under the Endangered Species Act, specifically its application to the Western Riverside Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan.
